InspirEDU is a non-profit organization based in Atlanta, GA with a mission to help underserved youth develop the skills needed for education and career success through technology-based learning tools and engagement activities with their families, communities, and schools. As part of our Signature Design Workshop, we architected this web-based, responsive application to help them streamline their operations from the time they receive donated technology devices all the way thru to when they fulfill an order with schools and individuals in need. This design gives a comprehensive plan to develop the application and was complemented by a detailed time and cost estimate to build it. Once the project is funded, this workbook provides a clear roadmap for the implementation team to program a system that will save them significant time and money to do what matters most, serve more people in the community!
